Hiroyuki Tsukui, M.D., Ph.D. lives and works in Greensburg, PA. He is currently the Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital. In 1995 Dr. Tsukui earned his M.D. from the Niigata University School of Medicine in Niigata, Japan. In 2006 he earned his Ph.D. at the Tokyo Women’s Medical University in Tokyo, Japan. Over the past two decades Dr. Tsukui has been the lead author of more than 30 peer reviewed articles, which have been published in many of the world’s leading medical journals.
